KCRC today 11^th Sep 2019, hosted a team of Professional Researchers from Mbarara University MGH led by MGH based PI, Dr. Mark Siedner.

The visit was aimed at facility capacity assessment for the two proposed studies to be activated at KCRC as a result of the Collaboration between KCRC and the said Institutions.

The Kabwohe Team lead by Dr Asiimwe Stephen (Site PI) and Dr Alex Rutebwa (Medical Director) took the visitors through a facility tour.

The Proposed studies are CAD (Cardiovascular Arterial Disease) & HIV in Ageing studies. The studies are anticipated to start effective January 2020.
