Dr Elioda Tumwesigye Chairman Board of Directors KCRC, has been presented with a Tipping Point Award from Children Aids Fund in recognition of his significant contribution & self sacrifice in the global fight against HIV. His outstanding efforts has seen suffering of many dramatically reduced and lives of countless many saved. This was to KCRC staffs in honor of their services towards this achievement by Dr Elioda Tumwesigye.
