KCRC Administration:


Mr. Musoke Lawrence, KCRC Finance and Administration Manager
The KCRC Administration team is headed by a Finance and Administration Manager responsible for overseeing the finance, personnel, and logistics of staff.

Mr. Musoke Lawrence (B.Com, CPA) is currently the KCRC Finance and Administration Manager. He has worked as an Acoountant for a number of organizations including THETA and Uganda Land Alliance, and also worked as an Audit Assitant for Kwick Waks Certified Public Accountants. He is responsible for the overall financial and human resource management of KCRC. He is also responsible to providing information, technical support, and advice to the center in all HR and finance related matters and coordinate such activities.The Manager also ensures sound budgetary processes and analyses, financial management, and planning.

The Finance and Administration Manager works with team of 4 Accountants, 2 Cashiers, and 4 Administrative Assistants. The Accountants manage all of KCRC bank accounts, assist with procurement of office supplies, generates financial reports, and handles all KCRC financial transactions.

The Administrative Assistants are responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an KCRC efficiently. They serve as information and communication managers for the center; plan and schedule meetings and appointments; organize and maintain administrative paper and electronic files.
